Oyemeee!!! This Pan Con Bistek (steak) sandwich from @SanguichDeMiami was tremendo (terrific)!!! It scared me when I first saw it because most other steak sandwiches I’ve tried have a full slab of steak and this one was shaved (like a cheesesteak). But, I can assure you that all those worries will fade away after your first bite. The flavors in this thing were incredible! The steak was extremely well seasoned and topped with just the right amount of mojo, papitas and melted fontina cheese. The papitas weren’t your store-bought potato sticks, either. They were made in-house, freshly cut and fried string potatoes. All these elements combined to make one of the best #Cuban Steak #sandwiches I’ve tried recently.
