Ferran Adrià, the world's most awarded Chef, shared with us his vision for the future of elBulli and of the whole restaurant concept at the Estrella Damm Gastronomy Congress. Cooking demos followed from celebrity chefs influenced by Adrià and elBulli. Diego Muñoz, the Head Chef at the 14th best restaurant in the world, led us on a journey of discovery of some of the most famous bites served at Astrid y Gaston in Lima, Peru. Head Chef Fran Agudo delighted us with some of the amazing creations served at Tickets Bar in Barcelona, the venture of Ferran's brother Albert Adrià. To close out the evening, we followed David Gil as he showed the inventiveness needed to be the Pastry Chef at La Dolça, the dessert portion of Tickets. One thing was very clear after the conference: gastronomy, as we know it, is changing. And that's good news for foodies all over the world.
