This, my friends, is the Miami Smokers Bacon Burger from the Café at @BooksAndBooks. I never thought I would ever eat a burger with green apples on it, but the combination with the gorgonzola cheese, and pickled jalapeño works wonderfully. I'm pretty sure the bacon wasn't from @MiamiSmokers, but it was a solid burger nonetheless. Great job @ChefAllenSusser!
