Another standout at the @SobeWFFest #BurgerBash last night was my rendezvous with the Emmy burger from @PizzaLovesEmily. Another simple, yet amazingly tasty burger. Emmy sauce, caramelized onions, and @JanaFoods aged cheddar. That was it. Yet it was so incredibly flavorful. The aged cheddar was clearly distinguishable and was a great complement to the beef & onions. And that Emmy sauce still haunts me.
