Did you know today is #NationalSomethingOnAStickDay? Couldn't think of anything more appropriate than this Corn Flakes Fried Chicken on a Stick I had at the @MiamiYouthFair. For fair food, it was actually pretty good. I liked the sweet & salty mix between the batter & the chicken. A little syrup would have put this over the top.
