Here's some Monday Motivation for you: the Monster Loaded Burger from @AdamsRibAndStuff food truck. The fresh house-made ground beef patty was loaded with tasty pulled smoked brisket, lamb bacon, sautéed onions, slaw, and their signature sauces. Since their truck is kosher, Adam tested several different cuts of meat to see which best resembled pork bacon and he found it was lamb. Having enjoyed several pieces myself, I must say that I have to agree! This was truly the motivation I needed to get through this Monday.
