If you want to try one of the best burgers in Miami, you better hurry as @ProofMiami closes their doors permanently this Sunday. The potato bun is baked in-house and is soft & fluffy. It's double grass fed beef patties were cooked a perfect medium and seemed to give way as soon as I took a bite. The silky cheddar cheese, white cheddar aioli, & caramelized onions were the perfect complements as they weren't overpowering and the flavor of the beef really shined through. Looking forward to seeing what @JFlit and family may have planned in the future. Hopefully it involves burgers. 😉👌
