Lovin’ my #MeatlessMonday lunch today. @BeyondMeat Bratwurst cuddled in @PotatoRolls with melted @CastelloCheese 2 yr Vintage Havarti and Chipotle Blueberry Tomato Jam. To make the jam I mixed organic @MuirGlen fire-roasted tomatoes & green chile with @CroftersOrganic Blueberry jam and added a bit of @AmazonPepperUS Chipotle sauce. To say it was 🔥 is an understatement.
