My #TacoTuesday would be so much better with this pork #taco with chicharron from @MadLoveRestaurants that they served at @MiamiNewTimes #Tacolandia this past Saturday. The pork was roasted for 8 hours and was flavorful & tender. Besides chicharron crumbles it was topped with pico de gallo, crema, & candied jalapeños all on hand-made, guajillo infused tortillas.
