About last night... Devoured this “No Tears” burger at @JuanchisBurgers. It’s basically a cowboy burger, Venezuelan style: American cheese, bacon, crispy onions (a.k.a. onion rings), BBQ sauce, curry mayo. It was really good. All the flavors melded well and didn’t overpower the house-blend patty. I definitely liked the added texture & flavor the crispy onions provided. If you like thin, crunchy fries, do yourself a favor and order a side. I had the truffle ones and they were nicely flavored and salted throughout.
