I was able to snag one last night, and it was pure culinary wizardry. The mix of salty and sweet flavors were balanced to perfection. It has their @SchweidAndSons all-natural beef patty and is topped with smoked gruyere cheese, fried sweet plantain bits, applewood smoked bacon, grilled onions and guava ketchup. I took it to the next level by adding some Maduro Bacon jam (from @TheNaughtyFork chalkboard special). This is definitely one you don’t want to miss.
