Happy #305Day to all my Miami followers! Best way to celebrate is with some local specialties like this amazing Media Noche sandwich from @AtlantisCafeMiami. It’s basically a Cuban sandwich on a sweet roll instead of Cuban bread. Where this one stands apart is with the pork they use. It’s not deli sliced #pork, like many use, but actually shredded pork that is seasoned to perfection. The usual ham, Swiss cheese, pickles & mustard are present, but the pork...the pork is what elevated this #sandwich from good to exceptional! It definitely got my Spidey sense tingling in a good way.
