This elusive beauty can only be found at @Pincho for only a few hours more or until they run out. I present to you, The Croquetesa. They collaborated with @DosCroquetas to turn their signature beef patty into a croquette and topped it with Swiss cheese, mayo & mustard. While it’s not the same as the original one, it is still very good. The original was a glorious mess (like younger Croquetesas tend to be 😜). This one is more mature, toned, firm. It has aged well and still tastes great. I’m glad we were reunited one more time. #spideylikescroquetas
