It’s all in the blend. This is @OrtaniqueOnTheMile’s Trifecta burger from last week’s @Burgerliscious_. @ChefCindyHutson herself handed me this beauty of a burger. The patty is a blend of three different cuts of meat: @CertifiedAngusBeef brisket, chuck, and short rib (hence why it’s called the trifecta burger). Their special #Burgerliscious9 version had BBQ tamarind brisket, white cheddar tequila queso, and crunchy Flamin’ Hot @Cheetos. Good was an understatement.
