La Croquetesa is back for just this weekend at @Pincho!!! Ever since I first laid eyes on her, I knew I was in love. It not only won People’s Choice at the 2015 #SoBeWFF #BurgerBash, it also won my heart. Not just any croquette between 2 buns will do that. Only Pincho’s signature, all-natural beef patty magically transformed into a croquette will. Thanks to the @DosCroquetas wizards for making it happen. And thank you Pincho, from the bottom of my heart, for reuniting us once again. I love this girl...I mean, sandwich. 😍
