Whenever I see a Media Noche on the menu, I have to order it. This is @SanguichDeMiami’s version. It has the same ingredients as a Cuban sandwich: ham, pork, swiss cheese, pickles. Where they differ is in the bread. It’s made with a sweet roll instead of Cuban bread. I love the flavor profile the sweet bread provides to the rest of the sandwich.
