Animal house took on a whole new meaning when I tried this burger: @MeatEateryKeys Cow 🐄 & Pig 🐖 Burger It has 2 different patties. One is an Angus burger with their house blend and the other is a chorizo patty made with pork. You get a slice of American cheese on one patty and provolone cheese on the other. It’s then topped with beer-braised onions and served with a side of chimichurri aioli (not pictured). It was an amalgam of flavors that worked very well together. After trying the @BurgerBeast sauce, I can’t help but imagine it would have been very tasty on this burger. Maybe next time @ChefGeorgePatti, eh? #spideylikesburgers
