Taco Tuesday comin’ in hot with these @Pincho Ropa Vieja tacos. Don’t try to use Google Translate or you’ll just be confused by the name. Just know that “ropa vieja” is a delicious stewed beef in a tomato sauce base. Mine was topped with cilantro, pickled onions, and chipotle aioli. Nice to see @Pincho changing up their monthly specials (though my heart will forever yearn for la Croquetesa). 🔥🔥🔥 #spideylikestacos #pinchopartner
