Reminiscing on this “impossible” find at the amazing @EltonJohn #FarewellYellowBrickRoad Concert @AAArena. I wish I could say the @Impossible_Foods burger was just as amazing. I had been waiting a long time to finally try it properly. Not just the slider version I had at the Epcot Food & Wine festival. It still had a veggie burger type of feel & taste. It wasn’t bad, it’s just not what I was expecting. The @BeyondMeat burger on the other hand is, IMHO, so much better because it appeals to meat lovers. It looks, feels, and tastes like meat. Not exactly of course (at least not yet), but pretty close.
