The 9th installment of @Burgerliscious_, the amazing burger feast by @GablesChamber, was yesterday. Pictured was my favorite burger of the night by @109BurgerJoint. It was awarded second place by the Judges, so you know it was good. It had a nicely spiced patty topped with bacon, Havarti cheese, blue cheese bbq sauce, and blueberry corn bread. I didn’t even know it had corn bread until I asked and saw the full version. All the favors melded perfectly. It had a hint of sweetness, which I liked, because it contrasted well with the saltiness of the beef and brought out the flavor. There were many other amazing burgers and I’ll showcase some in the next few days. It was a night filled with great food, drinks, and amazing music.
