When you see a smoked, fried chicken sandwich on the menu, you order it immediately!!! This is from @SparkysRoadsideBarbecue in #DowntownMiami. I added some Swiss cheese but purposefully left out their (amazing) bacon because I wanted the flavor of the smoked chicken to shine through. And Shine, it did! The smokiness was paired nicely with the mild, melty Swiss cheese. Their homemade cornmeal breading gives it a nice crunch (I wasn’t sure if it was cereal or what so I called to find out). Yes, the parking situation is not very good, but you have the @GoMiamiDade MetroMover station right across the street so +1 for transit accessibility.
