Frita Friday was pretty epic this week. This is the Frita Suprema from @ReyDeLasFritas. You have the usual frita (chorizo and ground beef) patty topped with papitas (potato sticks). On top of that they add fried cheese and sweet plantains. I added bacon because I wanted it to be extra supreme. I love the sweet and salty combo of flavors so this was right up my alley. I recommend you start with the regular #frita if you’ve never tried one before. Then you can work your way up. #spideylikesburgers #cubanburger #burgerlife
