If you’re a fan of salty/sweet combinations, you’re going to love the Naughty Burger at @Pincho. As a #PinchoPartner, I was invited to try it again. It’s actually the third time I’ve had it as it was at @Burgerliscious_ and #BurgerBeast’s (now defunct 😭) Hamburger House Party last year. It won both times. So, yes, it is that good. Keep reading for my full review. It starts off with an all natural @SchweidAndSons 1/3 lb beef patty, which is topped with Manchego cheese, maduro bacon jam, chipotle aioli and watercress. I added some extra strips of bacon on mine since I like plenty of bacon on my burgers. It’s definitely a flavor bomb. You get a nice contrast between the savory meat and the sweeter jam, which in itself has a combination of sweet & salty because of the bacon bits in it. And with the Manchego cheese you get a slight nuttiness thrown into the blend because of it. The watercress is actually one of the few greens I like on a burger because it also provides some flavor (unlike the useless iceberg). P.S.
