I think this is the first time I’m more excited for the bun than the burger. These buns are @RedLobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I made them fresh at home with the mix I bought from @AmazonFresh. I used Amazon’s own brand of Mexican 4 cheese blend instead of just cheddar and I thought they came out 4x as good. I add double the cheese the recipe calls for and to me they’re perfect. Believe me when I tell you that these biscuits are just as good as in the restaurants, if not better. Oh, I almost forgot about what’s in between those luscious buns. That’s a @BeyondMeat patty with melted @SargentoCheese provolone cheese. It was very good.
