Jose makes a mean burger at @Doggis. This is Jose’s Burger: guayanes cheese, tomato and caramelized onions. The huge slab of cheese is nice, but the real star are those caramelized onions. They’re perfectly caramelized so the inherent sweetness comes out and contrasts nicely with the savory burger. Always my go-to when I order from #Doggis, in addition to their amazing cachapas.
