Spidey Likes Burgers: 🎶 It’s the end of the world as we know it... 🎶 So I really should try to order something other than a burger when I go to @Pincho. 🤷🏻‍♂️ This is their Vaca Frita Philly. It was the most sold monthly special in all their history, so I figured it would be a good option to try. The Pipo’s Choice 🍔 was calling my name, but I resisted and ordered the Philly. I’m glad I did because it was really good. The beef they use is braised for 16 hours and then pan-fried to perfection. It’s topped with mojo grilled onions, cherry peppers, provolone cheese, crunchy potato sticks and aji aioli. All these combine to make one super flavorful sandwich. And since today is #InternationalBeerDay, what better way to celebrate than with @Unibroue’s La Fin Du Monde, a Belgian-style award-winning golden ale (the most awarded Canadian beer). It’s complex taste of fruit and spices make this a great pairing for this one-of-a-kind sandwich.
