Been a minute @CasolasPizza. This used to be in my ol’ hood. I used to go about once a week since it was so close by before. My go-to was their steak and cheese sub. Loved getting my pizza appetizers while I waited for my orders. I remember their burgers were really good, too. So, fast forward a decade or so and I find them again on a delivery service. The reunion gave me butterflies in my stomach. The pizza, of course, was good, but this pound of meat they call the Casola’s Burger was mental!!! It has two half-pound @certifiedangusbeef patties, each topped with grilled onions, ground Italian sausage, and white (American?) cheese. I opted to leave off the salad this time around, as it was perfect the way it was, IMO. You can opt for LTO, though, if you want.
